Load shouldn't affect the ground as the load is only on hot/neutral. These are also isolated ground outlets so the box ground and outlet grounds are separate. Makes zero sense. Guess I'll find out next week when I can take server off line.

Amazon, you'll find plenty of options, just search the UPS model number and battery on Amazon, I got two replacement batteries for the price of one at the local battery stores.

Since I have two of the same model UPS units replacing both at the same time is a win win since one went the other can't be far behind.

Plus they'll bring it to your door and you don't have to make the drive...
