hjs157Help ID Vintage Electrolux Tool/Gauge?
Does anyone know the function of this item? It is made of hard plastic with a firm wire loop. My initial thought was perhaps some type of tool or feeler gauge for an Electrolux vacuum, though I couldn't find anything on the inter-webs. Thanks for looking.

rtquigWe had one like the one in the first picture when I was young. It has a spray attachment that had a glass jar. When my father wallpapered the house, he used the spray attachment to wet the old wallpaper. We kids all had spackle knives to scrape the old wallpaper off the plaster walls. Scraped buckles on all of us.

It's a Binford AT-6
Limb catcher
You attach a nylon line to it,
Use a wrist rocket
To get it over a limb
Then
You tie a climbing rope to the nylon line and pull
The rope up and over the limb
and haul your ripped and chisled butt up to
Trim the tree
