Friday am I placed an order at MagPul and my question is do they send an order conformation?
I haven't heard from them as yet.
I assume they got it as the charge is pending on my CC.

Is it normal for them to not confirm an order?

Have you had a chance to check your spam folders? I get random things that I'm looking for there sometimes.

You can try calling their customer service to get them to re-send the order details.

I noticed a couple days ago that they were warning about delays right on their main site. Granted, I hadn’t been to their site for a year or more.

Maybe they’re short-handed.

Wasn't in spam. I check and clear that daily.

Yup. Any online companies worth their salt would have this feature.

Well I contacted MagPul.
Seems as there was a foul up on my email address.
It might have been my old fat fingers (quite likely) screwing up or maybe this old
keyboard is needing a good cleaning. Also quite likely.

They corrected my email addy and sent the conformation.

All is well.

Happens frequently. This is why I'll add an email confirmation box. It means you have to type in the email address twice, but it pretty much eliminates those issues.

Suggest the thread title be edited so SF members don't click on it, read it, and try to help.
