I cannot find this model on the Weber site, nor on Amazon or other websites. Makes me think this is a 2018 or older model, which is OK by me.
It's $50 less than the Genesis II E-410.

I think that anything less than MSRP on a Weber at the beginning of peak season is a decent deal (especially $50).
If you are picking up from a local Ace, ask if they can discount the accessories that you are interested in (cover, wire brush, extra gas tank, grill handle flashlight, etc.)
I was going to buy that exact grill but came across a deal for a 6-burner Weber for the same price.

Thanks. Where do I find a 6 burner for under $1k?

I have that grill and love it. I don't think you can go wrong with Weber.
I generally cook with the right two burners off, for indirect cooking.

The "S" in the model number stands for natural gas?
The Weber prices were out of hand. We'll see if it's garbage.

Ten years ago we got dad the smaller Genesis. It has been outside for ten years. Never failed once. But I did immediately order the cast iron crates.

That's some money saved up for some good ribeye steaks there, sir.

Go with stainless vs. cast iron grills. MUCH easier to clean and maintain.
God help me for saying anything negative about cast iron.

Next you'll be telling us of the benefits of beans in chili!
Cleaning? You're supposed to clean it? In a dozen years, dad never did more than heat up the grill and wire brush or scrape it.
We swapped in cast for heat retention when product hit the metal. The original grates look like solid bars but are hollow half-tubes, enameled steel the color of an old blue-speckled black coffee can. Still have them in the box, used once, waiting for God knows.

Hopefully yours will fair better than mine did. I only got three years out of it. Sold it cheap at a garage sale and went back to Weber.

I went through two sets of the porcelain coated cast iron in two years. I figured I did something wrong with the first set, so I took care of the second set by the book. They still rusted underneath the porcelain causing the porcelain to crack and get into the food.
Weber gave me a good discount on the solid stainless steel rod grates and I haven't had an issue since. I've had plain cast iron grates on previous grills and not had problems, but the porcelain coated ones Weber uses don't work well with the humidity in Florida.

Cha-ching! Fantastic deal!!
In response to your question above, I picked it up from a local Craigs List add. It was NIB with the nylon strapping still on. The owner is a vegetarian who bought it for his carnivore girlfriend to cook on, but they broke up soon after he bought the grill as was looking to sell it quickly.
Turns out the guy owns a fairly large ammo and firearm accessories business.
Enjoy your Weber!!

We'll see how long it lasts, may just start saving for the Weber now. It lasting 10 yrs or so would be expecting a lot for the price, but the old grill was dying and had features I didn't like. Depending on its cost/lifespan, will weigh against the $700-1000 Webers that last 10+

I just got the 3-burner version of that Weber and had a natural gas line installed for it. It was pretty highly recommended here and elsewhere.
Previous grill was a propane STOK, also recommended here, but the bottom fell out one day, so it was done for.
At least with the Weber, the bottom slides right off and you just pop a new one in.
So far so good anyway.
