Ammoholics Anonymous Roll Call
I had ordered 2 more cases of 7.62x39 the night before the election. I don't regret it one bit Smile

That's the spirit, no regrets.
Or is that regerts, sorry, I was eating a Milky Way.

I have finite storage and it's full.
I have to shoot something first to make room.
I guess that's a good problem to have.

6k of Wolf Gold .223, and unfortunately my wife was watching when it showed up. She said "that's ridiculous-I'm hiring a decorator for the house!" (She's been talking about that, but didn't want to spend the money)

I replied "Did you find a decorator who wants to trade for ammo?"

There's one out there somewhere that might.

I just bought 1000 rds of .357sig ammo. SIG manufactured ammo. Good price, so I jumped on it.

Yeah I just ordered a case (1K) of 40 cal because I didn't want to dig out the 40 cal I already had that was buried in other calibers of ammo. Frown

I just realized now that the election is over and done with, we won by the way, that I am not craving the ammo as much. I may actually have been cured of this dreaded disease. But now I have the angst of a need to get out and bust a few rounds off. So has my ammoholism morphed into bustacapism? I don't know what to do! Now I have to find some land, actually a lot of land, for my new addiction to flourish. Sigforum is costing me an arm and a leg.

Nothing to worry about, it is simply a post election hangover, it will pass.

Got 345 pounds of ammo in from SGAmmo. Various calibers. The men from the church I pastor went in together on a group buy.

I've been buying 9mm and 223/556 by the case for the past 6 months. Now I get to put a shitload of rounds down range without guilt. It's been a long time since that has been a possibility.

It is a weird feeling not hunting for ammo deals today. I am used to checking deal websites a couple times a day, I have been doing it for the past 6 years.

I looked out of habit it but then thought that I have no reason to keep stacking ammo so deep. I think I can hit the range more and not worry about replacing what I shoot. Smile

I haven't seen any price drop I was hoping for yet.

I hope Trump will allow US military surplus ammo sales again.
Pretty much right now, you have to go foreign or settle for the civvie Federal and stuff.

I want some freshly made Lake City M193 or something and not rejects and blems, or made to milspec but it isn't milspec and we will add some letters to the designation and say it's milspec.

Yeah, I am tired of that.

In the world of real military surplus, certainly the IMI M193 and M855 is the real deal we can count on currently.
Well, I could be wrong, if so, someone speak up.
