Emergency Vet, be careful
Understood, would still be freaked out as well.

Been there, done that, with a pup who's now almost two and a half. Fortunately, we haven't yet had to take him to emergency. The other one, the grown female, she's had to make the trip.

Deep breaths!

Calm blue ocean!

She will grow out of it.

Three weeks before I left NH to move to AZ my pup ate 3/4 of a pound of rat poison. I found her in time and git her to a vet. They got it all. That was about $1900.

Two years ago she was in my back yard and got bit by a rattlesnake. That was about $2000.

I think she is part cat. Two lives down.

So, it's like 40° out today, Ahyoka and I were out for a walk when she finds and picks up a snake! I freak out, but realize that 1) it's dead. 2) it's a garter snake.

But for a few seconds I was freaking out. I think that Ahyoka is going to be the end of me!

After Tuesday festivities, I'm looking at pet insurance. AKC has PetPartner and it's fairly reasonable, it would have paid for itself.
