Never used to be able to nap, couldn't sit still long enough anyway, I could see my dad in the house zonked out in a recliner or sofa chair from time to time, get up eat and go to bed.... I can get a nap in now, house cool with AC, in the recliner, NAPCAR race on TV and I'll go into mega deep rem sleep... Wake up in time for the finish and dinner.... Glorious stuff indeed... | |||
