I’m planning to get a new iPhone on Black Friday. I have 200 songs on my present iPhone 6. Is there a way to transfer them directly from one phone to another? They are not iTunes songs, rather downloaded from CDs via a computer.

If you have an iComputer, plug your old phone into it and it should put those songs into a file under iTunes. When you get the new iPhone, plug it into the computer and the songs can be shared. If you do not have an iComputer you might be able tout the tunes in the cloud and transfer them but I have never tried that feature. If you still have the songs on your computer, you can subscribe to iTunes Match. They will then be uploaded into your iClould account and you can then download them back to your iPhone. If you activate your new iPhone from a backup, your music should be included.
