Yeah... gonna have to last them though... supply chain is going to take a long time to recover.
Truer words were never spoken. The impact of this is going to last a while. Major distribution chains are days, in some cases, weeks behind in outbound shipping.

I've done that a couple times when I
knew I was going to buy something in a particular caliber.
Didn't do that, this time, because everything was clicking along smoothly, there was nothing on the immediate horizon that was likely to result in a gun-/ammo-buying frenzy, and I hadn't planned to stock a lot in the new caliber.
Oops!

The usual in a good week is selling three guns. I was selling to three customers at a time yesterday. He has resisted E check for NICS, I have applied for that and am awaiting a confirmation now. Also he asked me for help today.
Non gunners, interesting at least to me. A friend and his wife called me the other night from the Texas Panhandle. We have been friends 40+ years. They were asking me "What gun should I get?"
E-check is the only way to go, it’s faster and most software will populate it for you. E-check goes down occasionally but it’s the way to go.
