The wall is the UN forces who were killed. Over 80% are US service members.

If anyone wants any more details please ask, I uploaded them all while walking around so I didn't bother with captions.

"The land of the morning calm" is a beautiful place. My wife and I had cause to visit many, many times while stationed in Japan.

I was stationed in South Korea at Osan AB for a while but never made it to the war memorial in Seoul. Thanks for posting these photos

My Uncle Ned served in Korea and was awarded a Bronze Star. This was many years before I was born and I never knew him before it changed him.

You can see a huge difference between day one and sometime before he was wounded.

From poor farm boy to someone that killed many men. The war never went away for him. When he came home he was king of the bar fight and was never sober.

Yep.

Gas system based on the AK. Bolt carrier group and fire control group based on the M16. External appearance based on the Armalite AR18/AR100, with a touch of FN FNC for flavor.
