Any issues moving my guns to Florida and storing in my house down there while I'm only there a few weeks per year?

I'm in FL. I have a goldenrod in my safe and a/c is always on and I still lube my guns and put them in gun socks in my safe. These socks are impregnated with silicon and do a great job of protecting my guns. I've been using them for over a decade.

I would like to point out one issue with the Federal Protection for the transportation of firearms across State lines. It is not established law that ammunition and magazines are firearms. So you run risks if you bring ammunition (hollow points being a NJ issue) or magazines (issue in CT,NY, NJ, MD and maybe a few others) on this trip.
