A little update on that chair I bought in mid-August (shown in my posts on the second page of this thread).

The right armrest developed a wobble where the vertical support column mates with the under-seat mounting bracket so I engaged the seller via Amazon. He asked for pictures which I supplied showing the wobble "travel" although I tried to send a mp4 video. The Amazon message center doesn't accommodate such sadly.

Other than this, the chair has been wonderful.

Just got a FedEx Delivery Manager email message. The seller is overnighting the replacement assembly via FedEx from Beijing!

Holy schiit Batman! Talk about customer service!
