I dearly hope Paxton will be able to halt this crap.

“Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing an Islamic community group over claims that their new 'Muslim city' is an illegal land development scheme.

Paxton's filing was against East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC), Community Capital Partners (CCP) and their leaders following a months-long investigation, according to a press release.

'The leaders behind EPIC City have engaged in a radical plot to destroy hundreds of acres of beautiful Texas land and line their own pockets,' Paxton said in the statement.

'I will relentlessly bring the full force of the law against anyone who thinks they can ignore the rules and hurt Texans.

'The unlawful land project known as EPIC City will be stopped, and those responsible will be barred from ever creating another fraudulent operation like this again.'

Plans for EPIC City, which has since rebranded as, The Meadow, suggested 1,000 homes, Islamic schools, and a mosque all over more than 400-acres in Hunt and Collin counties.

The yet to be built properties have already sold out and CCP has raked in tens of millions of dollars. Construction was slated to begin in 2026 or 2027. …”

This shit is all over the country, Islam has been infiltrating this country at a tremendously fast rate since 9/11. Here is a chart from a year ago:
https://www.launchgood.com/v4/blog/mosque-muslims-usa

And recent figures show that NY has 3/4 of million Muslims, followed by CA with 1/2 million, IL with approx. the same, followed by NJ, and then TX with 300K. And the huge issue is that the Muslim population in general want to keep their culture intact in the U.S., not assimilate, with a large segment of these people preferring Sharia Law to live by. It is utterly insane.

The rest of the story...

But Paxton's lawsuit claimed that EPIC had engaged in illegal and misleading practices to raise money for its project and allegedly violated Texas securities laws.

Paxton claimed the developers 'funneled a significant amount of the funds to their own pockets.'

Fox News reported that CCP sold investment interests for $40,000 to $80,000. The company reportedly failed to register securities or qualify for federal exemption.

The lawsuit claimed CCP solicited investors used tactics that were illegal including meetings, social media, and online promotions.

At least nine percent of the community's investors failed to properly verify or document their status as 'accredited investors,' per the suit.

They advertised their city to be 'in the heart of Josephine, Texas' though the land it purchased was not within city limits, per the filing.

After being notified of this, the developers reportedly continued advertisements.

The group identifies as a 'multi-ethnic, multi-racial, multilingual, non-sectarian, diverse, and open community.'

But the lawsuit alleged that EPIC and CCP misrepresented the neighborhood in their advertisements.

EPIC allegedly previously advertised themselves as a 'Muslim community.'

Imran Chaudhary, the president of EPIC, had vowed that he would not accept compensation for the project. According to the suit, 'on information and belief' Chaudhary will receive $30,000 per month.

Paxton launched the investigation in March after accusations from Governor Greg Abbott that EPIC of wanting to impose Sharia law on Texas.

He asked courts to order an immediate stop on all fundraising tied to the development, impose penalties up to $20,000 per violation, and return investor funds.

Yasir Qadhi, the leader of EPIC, has been accused of preaching hatred, homophobia, and antisemitism.

East Plano Islamic Center is located in Plano, Texas and serves as an anchor to the city's Islamic community, large enough to accommodate 3,200 worshipers. The Daily Mail contacted East Plano Islamic Community, CCP, and Paxton for comment.

The islam call to prayer, now happening in Dearborn and others, is as a boot on the neck of the subjugated. They come in, take over, and dominate all they perceive as theirs (the conquered) eg. Dome on the Rock, Constantinople, the UK, Europe. Makes me ill to think that, left unchecked, islam may slowly transform America into England.

No tax exempt status for Muslims or any other so called religion that has a deep government and military arm baked into it. Europe has them not only inside the gate but controlling the government itself.

https://worldpopulationreview....-population-by-state

"Top 10 States With Large Muslim Populations
In terms of raw numbers, the states with the largest Muslim populations are New York (724,475), California (504,056), Illinois (473,792), New Jersey (321,652), and Texas (313,209). This is expected as these are some of the states with the highest overall populations.

Illinois, New York, and New Jersey are also the states with the highest percentage of Muslim residents. Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, and Minnesota are the other states with a Muslim population of at least two percent.

On the other end of the spectrum, six states have Muslim populations below 1,000 residents. North Dakota, South Dakota, Alaska, West Virginia, Wyoming, Montana, and Hawaii do not have large Muslim populations."

How do we eliminate them consistent with the COTUS and American values? We believe people should be judged individually. We believe in religious freedom. They use this against us quite effectively. And it seems many times a moderate Muslim turns radical. We know because they tell us (and their actions back it up) that they intend to convert or kill us, and install Sharia law.

Obviously we can halt immigration to stop bringing in more future terrorists. But what do we do about enclaves like Dearborn or Minneapolis? When they gain some political power it becomes impossible to silence the call to prayer, which then drives ever more non-Muslims out. Not to mention their prolific birth rates.

Sometimes I say you wouldn't want to make me King because you wouldn't like how I solve problems. This is one of those problems.

This isn’t about religion; it is about world domination. Islam is a pestilence that needs to be reigned in before we become Europe.

Never forget for a moment:

“I asked KSM [Islamic terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed] one time how come, since his brand of Islam is so violent, he calls it the religion of peace. He told me that my problem was that I interpreted the word peace the way Americans always do. He explained that according to his brand of Islam, peace would exist when the entire world was under Sharia law and ruled by a Muslim caliphate. He said Islam is the religion of peace because its aim is to impose Sharia law everywhere and in doing so bring peace to the world.

“KSM said that to make peace with one’s enemies is to convert, subjugate, or enslave them.” [Emphasis added.]

As we should.

But religious freedom, like all freedoms, is subject to limits. There are certain practices that are genuinely part of what are genuinely religions that are prohibited or controlled, and it’s not necessary for society to tolerate everything that’s based on religious belief.

I have no idea what questions are permitted during the conduct of security clearance background investigations today, but by the time I started doing them in the 1960s, there was enough pushback against what were perceived as the excesses of the “McCarthy era” that simply espousing certain Communist/Marxist views such as national ownership of the means of production was freedom of expression and not an automatic bar to a clearance.

What we did ask about, though, and what was a bar was “membership in an organization that advocates the overthrow of the US government by force or violence.” Such advocacy was not protected by our freedoms.

It’s also a fundamental tenet of Islamic religious belief: If you don’t convert voluntarily, we will force you to convert and we will kill you if you don’t. There can be no clearer advocacy of the overthrow of our government and way of life by force or violence than that everyone must convert to a particular religion or be killed.
