In a recent Mark Dice video he showed a request that the program make a "happy white couple", and it refused giving a long explanation about how it can't because of "racism".

But it had no trouble producing images of a "happy black couple".

Why does AI always seem to have a problem generating images of hands? Seems like they always have 4 or 6 fingers. This alone makes me doubt if it’s all that it’s cracked up to be and really all that powerful.

They have created AI and then they have to add filters and blocks to the responses because it's inconvenient to their narrative when it tells the truth. Can you imagine, you create a new intelligence clear from inherent bias and you hate the truth it shows you, LOL.
