My point about caliber and training and yes I know I'm second guessing a situation that we will never know the whole truth about (isn't this what post on the internet are for) ... but:

the robber was hit several times and still managed to run out of the store and take cover in a nearby house with children in it? I know I'm jumping way out on a limb here but that situation could have very easily gone from bad to a whole lot worse.

Oh and my first thought when reading the original article is what kind of idiot robs a fast food place at 6:30 in the morning? I just hope the delivery driver placed one of those shots in the guys 'nadds' so he can't reproduce.
