I too would have loved to be there as well. But sadly I don't "travel well" these days.

So with that in mind I was extremely happy to learn this weekend that my kid sister and a cousin are planning a "Thelma and Louise" road trip to come and see me later this year. My nephew will be along to keep the gals out of trouble. It's been well over a decade since I've seen my sister and nephew given the long distances involved. That and my nieces and nephews had been still in school. Now they have all either graduated from college or graduate school save the youngest who is still plying the textbooks, she's freed up for such a long trip. I did see my cousin and her husband 5 or 6 years ago when they came out here from back East for the Sturgis Rally.

Beancooker ... after having the corn nuts at SIGnified's, I was craving them again and ordered a couple pounds of Jumbos along with other items.

I have been meaning to order for a year (maybe two since time flies when you're old) and finally did it today. Just some stuff we were curious about and we'll prolly try other products pretty soon.

Curious about the Autumn Harvest Lentil Blend a couple of you mentioned-what do you do with it? Soup or ...?

I'd have to do a search to find my posts but included are lentil - sausage stew, lentil soup, lentils & rice. They can be used in so many ways from salads to main entrees.
