I have posted about https://www.pathwaysforchange.org/ before. This month, the Escambia County Commissioners dropped PFC from the discretionary funding list. The commish is short on money like many are. Didn't help that one of the Commissioners built their building that is falling down. The sheriff will continue his dept. funding as PFC is actually saving the jail money.
