^I could use a future pardon for never paying taxes again.

Why don't we just use the left's playbook. The pardons cover these people for federal crimes. Go ahead and fight that in the courts.

In the meantime, surely some of these people could be brought up on state charges for crimes that occurred within those states.

We the People... can petition, call, email, write actual letters to the representatives and compel everyone we knw and can to do the same, and have Joe Biden's "known failed ability to reason and be cognizant of his doings".

Mike Johnson has stated that he personally had dialogue where FJB clearly demonstrated that he did things without having awareness of what he had done.

This is no different then families members, house staff or caretakers taking advantage of elderly charges and stealing form them, having them sign legal documents, financial permissions, powers of attorney, wills etc., and this is criminal, as well as conspiracy to commit these crimes.

This whole administration is crookeder than a barrel of snakes.

Sickening but not a surprise.

This is an admission of guilt to the average citizen.

As long as they are RED states.

Since many of the things these some of these people did affected people in each of the states, could not each of the states sue/bring charges?

27 states still could bring a lot of heat for a long time.

Tie their hands, make them sweat.

Pretty much confirms these pardon-ees as guilty when they even aren't charged with anything.
Talk about the ultimate coverup move. Mad

Yup, you accepting the pardon means you admit guilt, even without being charged of anything. I hope the SOB FJB suffers immensely on this earth, before he goes in front of the ultimate Judge.

Somebody pardoned them. Sort of like someone buying stuff with your stolen credit card while you're oblivious that it's missing.

Even pardoned the scumbag that killed Ashley Babbitt

Once immunized, a witness can't refuse to answer on the basis of the Fifth. So they can be subpoenaed and their choices include a) refuse to testify (contempt), b) lie (a new offense not covered by the retrospective pardon), or c) tell the truth (highly unlikely for this crowd, highly embarrassing, but still an option.)

OR refuse the pardon and retain 5th amendment protections but be subject to prosecution and jail. Interestingly the supremes have ruled on this in 1915. Somebody refused his pardon in order to assert the 5th.

I hope this is made so - let b or c be the outcome. The truth needs to be laid bare so that this never happens again by the will of the people, left or right.

Unbelievable that Biden's family now has immunity from crimes our broken media just never had any interest in exposing. Our media will now endeavor to convince us how necessary these grants of clemency are because of the bad orange fellow and his propensity for revenge.
