A 24-year-old father was shot and killed inside his Irvington home on Thursday afternoon, police said.

Daquan Smith was pronounced dead at the scene on the 400 block of Grove Street at 1:54 p.m., the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and Irvington Police announced Friday.

The way the headline was written, it makes it appear that the level was raised on a group of White supremacists...when in fact it was Extremist groups...based on the incident in Jersey City a few weeks back. an incident conducted by Hebrew Israelites. This group killed several. All the other "incidents" were based on comments made with no actual injuries.

I certainly don't support their cause, but there is no reason they can't try to spread their message. Talking and handing out fliers is actually still legal and we do still have First Amendment in place.
