I thought the article I read about it said that he lost a court back and had to go back as a result, but that was more than five minutes ago, so it entirely possible that I am misremembering.

If the purpose of this thread is to complain about the fact that nobody else started a forum discussion, the best I can tell you is that there are only so many hours in the day, and only so many hours that can be spent on the forum, and the number of discussions that can be read and commentented in or started is limited.

I literally have a folder on my desktop containing dozens of topics and information that I'd like to either add to an existing thread, or start a new discussion thread on. Often, I try to do additional research before posting.. which requires even more dedicated time.

When I can find someone to pay me to spend all day posting on the forum, my post count will skyrocket and your head would spin on the number of topics I will start...but, until then, I'm forced to triage what gets posted.

If you are looking to actually discuss the Biden administration's change in border policy, then you might actually try including an article that supports the discussion and informs other members who choose to participate in the discussion.

Assuming you want to discuss the policy change, my understanding is that the official Biden administration position is gosh darn it, sure wish we didn't have to follow that stupid judge's ruling... but, behind closed doors, they're glad for the ruling because of the public's outrage over the policy and poor polling on it. When the Open Borders Left wing starts to whine, the Biden administration can use the judge as a shield while pointing the finger of blame at him.

And gets him off the hook vis-a-vis barring South Africans from entering the United States unless they can prove they've tested negative for COVID but leaving an open border with Mexico.
