Do any of you have any experience with Raisin (previously known as SaveBetter)? I've not created an account, but they seem to have a pretty good list of banks with better than average savings (5.22%) / CD rates (5.50%). Wondering what the catch is here.

Just go direct to the bank. Google "best bank savings rates" and several lists come up. I use Marcus & PNC. __________________________________________________ If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit! Sigs Owned - A Bunch

Yeah, I'm not super familiar with Raisin, but I'm not sure I see a significant benefit for the end user. Just go directly to a bank with a high yield savings account and open an account. Mine's with Bask Bank. And I sure don't I like the idea of a "free" service that acts (seemingly unnecessarily) as a middleman for your various banking accounts... The old adage goes: "If the service is free, you [that is your data and personal information] are the product".
