Wow, no way it's not going to pivot on that single mounting bolt. Should make for an interesting tow when it starts shifting back and forth during turns or under braking.

There are 210 named mountain ranges in Arizona. I cringe at the tought of towing something on a mountain road.

The pic was posted in a Canadian offroad forum and a lot of Canadians winter in Arizona. Might've found a Canadian redneck running loose in the USA.
