Sunday night my wife went into labor with our 4th child. I was home with the other 3 while my kids godmother went with her. At 1:40am Monday my phone rang to bring me the news. Baby Quinn was born happy and healthy.
Godmother took my kids at about 3pm so I could go see my wife and baby.
Now comes the fun part 4 kids from 6-newborn.

ffemt44Thank you all. I have to sing praises to my kids godmother. She was up between caring for my wife and watching my kids for over 48 hours. Today she went back to the hospital and did a professional newborn photoshoot of my daughter. Tomorrow she is going to get my wife and daughter as the hospital protocol changed and I am no longer allowed as I have traveled out of state for work. The woman is a godsend for me and my wife.

craglawnmanorYes, I'm also in the group expecting to see your sixth child. But an honest mistake, as we have six. First two were 15 months apart, then a five year gap, and last four all about 2 years apart, give or take.
Our youngest is now in her first year of college, so we're on the downside. But, it's been a wild ride at times.
Congrats, and good luck with your four kids! And do enjoy raising them, as they will grow up faster than you can imagine!!

r0gueCongratulations! Some advice from a Dad who's been there. With such a period of always having tiny ones (we had 10 years with at least one kid between newborn and four), you start to take them a little for granted. For us, we stopped at four. And life went on. And then one day, you realized you didn't have little ones anymore. Enjoy them when they're itty bitty. I've got two in college now, and two in high school. Boy do I miss those happy little hugs and tiny little shoes.
