He gets into Congress, stepped into the swamp and started drinking the Beltway Kool-Aid almost immediately. You'd have thought a former warfighter would have maintained some level of political discipline, instead once he got his membership card he took advantage of every benefit (legal & illegal) and accommodation available to include big-timing himself towards people he had issue with.

Which makes you wonder if that persona he had crafted just going into Congress as this guy who was going to be different and make real change happen, was just phony all along.

With all of the corrupt money he's made in DC, I'm sure he could afford a really nice prosthetic that you could hardly notice. But then, that's probably why he hasn't...because nobody would notice him.
