It's not you, it's me. |
Seems like yesterday. I've always wondered just what the Chinese came away with, I'm sure they went over everything. It's unfortunate that they couldn't have destroyed more of the top secret materials. https://theintercept.com/2017/...-spy-plane-incident/

Interesting article. This just shows that in spite of all the money we spend, and training that's done, somebody up the chain of command really dropped the ball. This happened just as the Bush term had just started and it was was really the military he inherited from eight years of Clinton. The question is, has it improved any and is this just the way things are done, no matter who is in charge? Everyone has their opinion of Snowden and Wikileaks but they have really exposed some gross incompetence in what should be the most competent parts of our government. ___________________________ Avoid buying ChiCom/CCP products whenever possible.

Of COURSE the Chinese got classified info. Even IF the crew had destroyed all the internal equipment (not likely given the hectic rush they were in), the Chinese would have been able to glean a LOT of valuable info from the external gear, antennas, etc, that the crew had no access to in flight.
