There is a KFC in garden city, Georgia that came closer to killing me than all my years in the army, working as a profiler, and working closely with hardened gang members and murderers ever did...and I say that as I prepare to have my 23rd surgery from injuries sustained doing those last things

Sometimes I just get the "hankerin". They are 5 minutes away, and Chic-Fil-A is 45 minutes away. Grease is a staple in my book, bacon first , chicken later.

I read a post about fans of DC's comic Colonel Corps were pissed because there was an alternate-timeline colonel in yhe comics who was female, so shes not the actual first. But then people just started saying Reba IS actually THAT colonel.

Whatever.

I was more entertained by the fact that DC had a Colonel comic.

I've had Bojangles once, and it was enough. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the meal I had was cooked in old burned oil and was nasty.

Popeyes, Chic-Fil-et or our local gas station has the best chicken around here.

Bojangles has a small joint in town, the food is always good.

Another Bojangles joint in the county, the chicken is just nothing but red pepper, unsanitary cleaning methods.

I eat there very seldom, the two cleanup (elderly) women walk around with a dishrag wiping tables, then drag the damn thing across your table while you are eating, I've seen them wipe the top of the trash can , then wipe a table.

And I have complained and pointed this out to the management, and it still goes on.

I don't like spicy chicken, sadly all the other places that prepare fried/roast chicken pour the salt on like crazy.

This makes me sad.

I loved Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a kid.

But yeah, they are being as dumb as shit.
