Got the Hurricane ingredients for Happy Hour. Look like it's too early/cold for the SMYT crowd.

Most interesting part is after a particularly business night seeing the morning cleanup with front-end loaders and giant trucks....

It is very interesting that nobody (or very few) appears to have their mobile phones out taking pictures or videos of the party goers.

Is there an un-written rule or maybe a local ordinance about that?
