As was mentioned earlier in this thread, when 5G catches stride, Comcast and others are going to have lots of new high speed wireless competition that are going to purposely undercut their pricing to lure away customers. Concast and others like them had better start getting in the game, or they're going to be watching from the sidelines as more and more of their customers disappear.quote:Originally posted by PASig:

One trick is to get a "double play" package from them with a stripped down TV package just to get the high speed internet you want. You then would basically never use the TV part, you just have it because the same high speed internet is actually more than the double play.
You'd think they would see this coming and try to get ahead of it, but instead they are acting like the buggy and buggy whip makers did in the early 1900's when the newfangled "automobile" burst on the scene.
