So, is maybe "Florida Man" doing a turn-around?

Great story.

No, “Florida Man” is still out there, doing dumb shit.

But for every “Florida Man”, there’s probably 2 people like this Cook.
And I like those odds.

That is awesome. There are way more of these kinds of stories that play out across our great nation every day that never get reported on.
Bless that cook and other employees for helping and looking after him.
I had a similar story I shared here about finding my mother in law. Sadly the outcome was not the same.
But many of us have family, friends and in some case's even strangers we look out for. It is just what we do.
Thanks Para for sharing.

They got him a place to live, right next to the restaurant? Now that's something.

And just like that, I want some gumbo. I'll take it like Charlie likes it.

Really? So only 1 out of 3 Floridians are idiots. Wow. The Florida Man PR Team is just too good I guess. Or maybe I'm just too sensitive about it.

I’ve been to the Shrimp Basket. It’s not my favorite but I would go there now just to support good solid humans. (my wife/kids were born and raised in pcola so I will check out a poboy next time I’m in town)
