I just learned via a phone call. It's the Jamaican Mega Millions Lottery.

Seriously, both my wife's and my cell phones have been ringing today from area code (876) 389-xxxx. We didn't recognize the number and didn't answer. I checked the internet, it's a scam. Asses!

Dang, all I got was some lousy cruise.

I got an e-mail a short while ago that said that I had won two BILLION dollars in a random internet lottery. All I have to do is click on the link to claim it. I'm rich!

The only people who call me want to help with my car warranty or student loan.
I never win anything!

Quite a few years ago I got a call from someone with a thick Hindu accent telling me that I was heir to some big money. He wanted my info, I declined and said that "I will call the FBI".
He told me to wait one moment, then another guy got on the line and said"hello, FBI".

I laughed so hard I was crying.

We had a call at work on a Sunday from a woman saying she is with the IRS, she wanted some "tax numbers" our bookkeeper had not sent in. never heard of the IRS working weekends !!
