In our case, yes for mild anaphylaxis ... benadryl for kids, cherry flavor ... helped to address psychological concerns ... for a full blown, no, it's epipen, time of injection, and 911/hospital in a screaming hurry.

HayesGreenerOne of my 6-year-old granddaughters has a potentially lethal egg allergy. She has a little fanny pack with an EpiPen that goes with her everywhere and the adults in charge are given instructions on how to administer. 911 and a fast ride to the ER always follow the EpiPen if she gets egg. She lives a normal life but constant vigilance and an EpiPen will be present for a lifetime.
