I bought a couple of those bags each new issue for quite a while, at $35 a bag AFAIR, for $25 face vale. I have nearly 40 of those darned things and I don't think any of them ever increased in value. Anyone have any idea how to sell them to recoup the maximum of my "investment"? Are any of them worth a premium?

ArtieSSpend the quarters and e-Bay the collectible US Mint bags for $12 each. That way you make 2$ per bag. Otherwise, I think you will have to hold them for half of forever for them to be worth anything more than face plus bag.
ETA: Some of the collector sites suggest looking through the bags for mistakes or unusual coins. Apparently there were a bunch of Wisconsin coins that had a mistake on them that are collectable, and the mistake is well documented and easy to see.

lkdr1989Find a state that has 5 cent bottle/can deposits, and buy a bunch at 6 cents apiece, then bring them to a state that has 10 cent deposits, easy mony....Ok, not really easy but you'd definitely break even
