This kind of mirrors my opinion of Chuck as well. Every time I see him I think of the Oil Can Harry villain in the old cartoon.

He and other dems have seen Low IQ Maxine as a millstone around their neck and she has just jumped off the boat. She has always been nuts but the difference now is she has become visible on the big stage. If Choomer is in the press denouncing this then he has a self serving reason, as stated it's fear of driving the middle further right, or, fear that it could cause attacks on congress members such as the baseball game incident.
