ersatzknarfA ploughman's lunch
Mmmmm, watercress!
Haven't been able to find any in any kind of good condition around here for the longest.
My father made watercress and butter sammiches a few times. Those were delicious.
It's peppery taste can take a little getting used to...
Had a ploughman's lunch whilst in Blighty on business back in the late nineties. It was quite enjoyable.

If you add olives this could be a Greek version. I had many of these meals with my grandfather when I would visit in the summer time.
