Being a Farm Boy, I duct-taped a PVC 90 on the end of the blower snout and could stand at a comfortable height and blow the gutters out.

Worked poifeck.

Congratulations! I only got my 1st leaf blower about 15 years ago as a gift. It didn't take long for me to realize it was a very useful tool. These days I have 4 of them and would not be without one. They sure made life much easier to clean up around the property and drying off the vehicles after washing. A couple years ago I bought a badass gas Stihl 800 magnum backpack blower. What a unit.

Yep! I have a Stihl gas blower that’s great and much more powerful but I picked up a 550cfm EGO electric and it gets used all the time. I can use it to help blow the dust and dog hair out of the car with no worries about funnels or oil drips.

The Stihl wins for heavy jobs but it’s picky ypto start, heavier and noisier.

PHPaul, what Ah battery are you using to power your blower? I've been on the fence about the Milwaukee since seeing some reviews which said that the largest battery I currently own (5Ah) is essentially useless unless you keep it on low speed. That kind of defeats the purpose and I just can't bring myself to pay over $200 for one battery.

Comes with an 8AH battery. Haven't priced larger, but being Milwaukee, it won't be cheap.

Wouldn't mind having the 8AH for my impact gun tho.

Okay, thanks. The ‘deal’ I was looking at was for the bare tool only. Suddenly it’s not such a great deal.

I have the large impact as well and agree that the 8 Ah would be nice but my 5 Ah hasn’t failed me yet so I probably won’t go larger than that.

I find my Milwaukee utility blower extremely handy for those times I don't want to drag out the Stihl big gun! Didn't see it mentioned but mine also works great to blow up pool toys with some adapters.

They make at least two models... I have the smaller "utility" blower, I'm guessing you have the actual "leaf blower".

The little one is so handy I would buy it again tomorrow, but have wondered if the larger one would not be a nice addition as well. Would have to compare the specs...

If it's the 40V system, I really like mine. I spent extra for the brushless and am glad I did.

My favorite part is the expand-it system. It came with the straight string trimmer (really cool feed system), and I've added the edger and tiller (used it this morning in fact). I eyeballed the expand-it hedge trimmer, but it couldn't handle very thick branches and was way too much money so I spent a tad more and got the 40V brushless hedge trimmer which can handle double the diameter branch thickness.
