She has no chance at winning the nomination. Perhaps she's trying to sell books; Perhaps she's hoping to be someone's VP pick. But if a woman is to be chosen, I'd pick Kari Lake.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

I lost TOTAL respect for her when she allowed the [ahem……racist] South Carolina flag to be lowered and replaced over the Capitol. I remember watching her fan-fare on TV with COMPLETE disgust. I thought that act was supposed to END racism for all eternity in this country! All for naught. Nikki is nothing but a RINO mouthpiece tool for the left. Same ol’, same ol’.

That woman has earned my respect for not laying down. She definitely is a fighter for the cause.

This is something I appreciate from this forum: good information and members with a good memory.

Great column last week by Schlichter. "Jeb! in a skirt."
No to Nikki Harris Kurt Schlichter | Feb 16, 2023
Wait, did I say Nikki Harris? I meant Nikki Haley, but it's an understandable mistake. After all, as a good friend deep in politics recently pointed out to me, Nikki Haley is the Kamala Harris of the Republican Party. And now Nikki says she wants to be president, announcing her doomed candidacy with hilariously hackneyed and overwrought fanfare ("Now is the time for a strong and proud America!"), though everyone with half a cerebral cortex can see that she's really just trying to position herself as the vice-presidential nominee when either Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis gets the nomination. It's exactly the kind of cynical, shameless move this cynical, shameless striver would make – and that her Democrat doppelganger did make.
Like Kamala, Nikki is everything wrong with her party. Kamala is Hillary Lite, slightly less bitter, a lot dumber, but just as insincere. Nikki is Jeb! in a skirt, temperamentally establishment and soft, but much more ambitious and cunning than the human puffball who begged us to "Please clap" as he awaited what he expected would be a coronation.
Vapid. Overrated. Unaccomplished despite her credentials. Nikki Haley is the Peter Principle personified, a tiresome, empty pantsuit whose pure and shameless ambition compensates for her lack of talent. Both she and Kamala want to be president. An America dumb enough to allow either one to do so deserves the pain that will inevitably follow. Yeah, I'll vote for her in the general if the GOP is nuts enough to nominate her, but observing that her moderate fecklessness is marginally better than whatever chump the communists throw at us is damnation with faint praise.
She checks some boxes for voters, but is most certainly a RINO.

Many don't realize that Haley actually campaigned for governor defending the Confederate flag, and then years later when Dylan Roof shot up a church, she then proclaimed the flag evil. Like Romney and other RINOs, she flip-flops like a fish out of water. Like many true politicians, she can't be trusted.

Nikki Haley loses to "None of these Candidates" in Nevada primary vote.
Nikki Haley lost to “none of these candidates” in the Nevada Republican Primary on Tuesday night, The Associated Press called at 9 p.m., two hours after the polls closed.
With GOP frontrunner Donald Trump off the ballot, more than 60 percent of Republican voters chose the “none of these candidates” option on the primary ballot. GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley, who chose to participate in the primary rather than Thursday’s caucuses, received nearly 31 percent of the votes, as of 12 a.m., when more than 67,000 Republican votes had been counted.
The state-mandated primary does not result in the awarding of any delegates for the Republican National Convention in July, since the Nevada Republican Party chose to keep its traditional caucuses in place. Those caucuses will be held Thursday, and candidates Donald Trump and Ryan Binkley will be participating.
Trump posted on his social media platform Tuesday night that it was a “bad night” for Haley, losing by almost 30 points to “none of these candidates.”
Nevada Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald congratulated the campaign of “none of the above” Tuesday night, saying he thought they did a wonderful job.
“I think the Republican voters spoke, and there will be more to come Thursday night,” McDonald told the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Tuesday night.
Haley’s supporters have expressed frustration over the primary and caucuses, accusing the Nevada Republican Party of rigging the caucuses for Trump. Some said they would participate in the primary to show support, knowing she will not receive delegates.
