I was a teenager more than 65 years ago. I can assure everyone here that had I done some of this shit, I would have spent some quality time in a very nice penal institution designed for out of control teenagers! Idaho had a couple of them, and very few of their graduates ever wanted to go back again. I would advocate vomiting agent but that would hit innocent folks, too. Back to the stun guns. And start putting parents of these assholes in jail for dereliction of duty in raising their spawn. A watermelon farmer had the solution when I was a kid. Shotgun loaded with rock salt. And in that you've identified the root problem rather than focusing on the symptoms. Until there are fathers living with these children , teaching and disciplining them as necessary, there is no hope for this sub-subset of American society. Eventually these uncivilized morons are going to overflow into areas where local government and the people living there aren't going to be so unforgiving. That will be the point where the SHTF.
