And if needed, the one on the video is designed to get around the off-roster handgun rule (except I'm not sure whether they plugged that "loop hole" already.
I've used that single shot exemption rule myself a couple of times to order guns in from out of state that weren't on the CA approved roster list.

If we could get a company to produce that as a OEM pistol, it would circumvent the Roster via SSE II.
Once the gun (frame) is legally in the state, the top end (bolt action mech) can be replaced with any Glock uppper
