KP 93 in regards to your comments about cyber and tech related attacks, I have a friend who works at a high level in the military tech/ com/cyber community, and he can’t say much about what he does but admits attempts by forces world wide to attack us via cyber / tech routes is not a future problem but happens every day and has been for years.
