I've been lurking in the background, alot going on the last 18 months. Spiraling health issues led me to an extended hospital stay with months of outpatient therapy sessions. But things have been continuously getting better. But now it's starting to go downhill with serious illness with both my parents, and possibly my brother. But I'm staying positive, and putting a lot onto God. Put over 12,000 miles on my GoldWing talking with the man upstairs. Why didn't I purchase a GoldWing 15yrs ago???

I already know things will not be going as planned, and major life changes could happen all at once. Death of a loved one(s), living in/out of state to take care of a family members(s), possible career change to get more work flexibility to help care for a loved one(s), and a possible early retirement.

But a lot of good things have happened as well. Wife and I celebrated our 21st anniversary, oldest boy is loving the military life, younger son is excelling in all aspects of the high school life, and I just celebrated my 50th birthday by self-gifting myself a Mossberg 590.

Good to see some familiar "faces" still hanging around.

I'll have to come up with a 15yr Karma, but I still have a few months.

Feels good to be back, boys...

I apologize now...

"Wind Therapy" is great. Nothing like lonesome highway and solitude.

Smoke and prayers.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.

I rode my Harley for 6-7 years and I loved quiet rides on the back roads of Missouri but unfortunately recurring hip issues pretty much put a stop to that.

Good to see ya. Sorry to hear about your trials and tribulations with life. There's a lot in life to be thankful for don't let your problems over shadow what's good.

Glad you chimed in. Amazing how our lives are constantly evolving. I’m taught something new all the time. Wink

I don’t know a single man who hasn’t been affected by the past 2+ years. Not much consolation in commiserating… just acknowledgement.
