I'm always reminded of the old saying "Loose lips sink ships."

While Ukraine isn't exactly a small country and since their government probably made the move openly, the Russians do have surveillance satellites. It seems to me that publishing that article would be like painting a big red Russian bullseye on the new factory once their intelligence service determines the location.

Doesn't make much sense to build a factory in a war zone where its likely to be targeted by the opposition for destruction.
