If you have the opportunity to visit Ft. McHenry in Baltimore, the movie shown in the visitor center presents the history very well and touring the fort gives you a somber perspective of it’s place in history. If the presentation in the visitor center is still similar to the program I saw several years ago, I’ll offer a spoiler alert. When the movie ends, a curtain opens along the full length of one of the theater walls revealing a panoramic view of the fort within the ramparts including a clear sight of our red, white and blue flag fluttering in the harbor breeze against the blue sky. It’s breath taking moment. Not a dry eye in the audience.

We need more people like Vince. A man with a passion for his job.

Vince deserves a raise.
