I know that we have several Florida lawyers on board.

I have an urgent need for one who does litigation.

Within striking distance of the Orlando area would make the easiest logistics, that is desirable but not absolutely necessary.

I have already been in touch with good friend ArtieS who is in the area; he is not a litigator, and the only one of his contacts who is a litigator is currently not taking on any litigation.

I need to establish contact with an appropriate lawyer ASAP. Like today, if possible. I will monitor this thread for responses, and I will monitor the email address in my profile.

Thanks for the good wishes. This is probably going to make some people curious, but I'm going to exercise a bit of caution and not comment on any details, at least until after I have conferred with a lawyer.

I'm OK, if that's the question: this is not a Personal Injury type case.

You have mail. By the way, I am V-Tail -- Artie is involved only as a friend, but is not handling this case. Not the type of law that he does, unfortunately. I wish it were, because he is good at what he does.

The area is major property damage, large enough to warrant an attorney, if that helps to narrow down the search for a lawyer.
