The last nominee drove me nuts. Babbling long winded answers to burn up time. Just answer f’ing “NO”!!!! The guy isn’t even close to being a federal court judge. Hasn’t done shit is state court.

Are these all affirmative action cases? Talk about stupid and inarticulate. I thought verbal ability and above average common sense was needed to be considered for a Federal Judgeship. The ones I have know are impressive. Maybe they are just at the bottom of the barrel.

If Kennedy gets to decide, none of these so-called candidates have a chance. Is his and other republican senator's "No" votes enough to scuttle these nominees?

I hate to admit it, but Biden has nominated, one Massachusetts Judge who is the epitome of fair and comes from the trenches as an inner city Judge and worked for himself in his own practice before taking the bench in Massachusetts. Judge Juon, nominated for USDC Massachusetts. I've tried cases before him, and knew him as a lawyer. Army veteran and very fair and applies the law, he also knows the burdens the Government must meet before taking somebody's freedoms or rights away. I hope he doesn't change.

I trust her. No red flags.
