I finally met a black guy about two yrs. ago who didn't have an ID. He had gotten a DUI in 1998 and blew off the fines, so he could not get his DL reinstated. He later ended up in the joint for a few years, so he could then no longer buy a gun or vote. So he figured "why bother?" He eventually got a state walker ID, but I think it was only to claim some kind of gov't. benefit like Medicaid or UI. Freewill Firearms 07 FFL, Class 2 SOT | |||
