My cat Mario looks just like yours and he pulls that same trick on our dog. He sneaks up and will slap a few pieces out of the bowl and when the dog snaps at him he runs around and doubles back to snatch a piece or two off the ground before the dog can clean it up

I suppose their could be collusion between Ollie and the dog. I really don’t trust any of them now.
