This problem is due to BOTH parties!
The establishment is funded by big Corporations wanting cheap labor
The Dems want future voters
The Citizen is just plain screwed...

I think they should send the Guard and the Corps of engineers in to start building it.

And get help from the contractors that won the bids in Sandy Eggo.

Maybe Trump will get serious after the midterms? Just pull the money from the defense budget and go at it in the name of national security. I would certainly support it!
