I added an extra pound of shrimp to the mix. I cooked the seafood mix after I sautéed the onions and garlic in olive oil and butter. Tossed in the wine and seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper. Then tossed in the seafood and simmered down.
Plated the linguini and ladled over the marinara sauce I made.(yes, from scratch) Then ladeled over the broth from the seafood and portioned the seafood to each plate. Actually shallow bowl plates.
