I've been with AT&T and grandfathered in on a plan that is $30 per month. Not the fasted, but it's served me well for 10 years or so for my home needs. Lately, I've been getting a lot of disconnects which is not good. An upgrade with Uverse goes to $58 and advertises much faster speeds. Okay, I don't mind paying a couple of bucks more for better service, but keep wishing my current plan which is slower would just work I'd be happy. What are you guys paying?

Can you confirm that the "disconnects" are on the service provider side?

Chances are that it's your hardware in the house that's causing the problem.

But to answer your question, I'm paying $59/mo for 500Mbps download speeds.

My city provides it.

$45 100Mb down / 1Gb up (supposed to be 100 each way, but they only seem to limit incoming packets).

$75 for 1Gb both ways and a static IP.

I'll have to look it up, as it's bundled in our HOA dues & turned out to be cheaper than just about any other local ISP option for the price/speed.

We're also getting an up speed upgrade this month, .

IIRC, we were 50D/20U & it's going to 50D/980U or something ridiculous like that.

$59/mo for 1GB/1GB fiber + HBO

It was $49 but went up after my 1yr “promo” expired. 59/mo is a good deal for what I’m getting IMO.

$65 here in the country where we just got internet. It's fiber and the 2 tests I just ran average 56 mbps down, and 62 mbps up.

It sucks in my neighborhood, our only 2 choices are Cox and ATT.

I pay $68.00 a month to ATT for an advertised 25 mbps down and 3 up. In real live it's about 21 down and 2.2 up.

Supposedly, if and when they finally get around to updating the infrastructure, it will get much better.

I can't confirm other than my in house network is intact, but it appears it's the internet connection that is failing. I guess I can call, but I've got to get myself ready for a 1-2 hour wait and negotiation through there CS tree.

$600 month.

$350 for DSL internet, the rest is 3 business lines and taxes.

1G up 500M down. Capped at something I haven't hit yet.

No other choices, other than slower for a bit less.

We moved to this location to get this internet. Previous office was in a residential area, we had to pay to bury new lines to the property because the ones that were there were for GCI which refused service. Cost there was $260 month for 5M down and 1M up. We seldom got more than 1.5M down. Included 2 business lines which went down frequently in bad weather.

I paid my deposit for starlink this past February. They tell me its coming in 2022. I can't wait. Starlink is going to change Alaska forever.
