You saw it here first.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Please tell me that is parody or sarcasm. Please...

ETA: It is parody, satire and sarcasm. Allie Stuckey is "the conservative millennial" on Twitter and Youtube. Thus, she is playing a part here.

One of her lines is "I'm not a snowflake, but if you say something I don't like, I will punch you."

I still like it though.

"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation."

Definitely. Her Instagram page is full of hilarious slams on liberal opinions.

Glad I read to the end of this thread! Otherwise, I would have believed that she was actually that stupid.

Ha, yes I'm also a fan and visit Allie Stuckey's blog from time to time.

For those of you who would like to view some of her content, this link will take you there:
www.TheConservativeMillennialBlog.com

Most of her content is not parody, satire, or fake news ~ but directed and I think well thought out like...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hglU7tZ_ka4

This is from Allie's "About Me" section of her blog...

Hi there! Welcome to The Conservative Millennial, where I give my take on the ridiculousness that is today's politics & culture.

A little about me: I'm a born & raised Texan. I'm married. I have a beloved black cat named Rachel McCatams. I like to talk. And write. Hence, this blog.

This blog isn't meant to represent the thoughts of all millennials or conservatives, just mine. And maybe the thoughts of other millennials and conservatives that I deem good and/or interesting. Biased? Maybe. But that's the beauty of the Internet.

Like most millennials, I have strong opinions on just about everything. And like most people, I think I'm right. I'm open to arguments, though, and I hope you'll leave a (tasteful, intelligent) comment on any of my posts. Bloggers eat criticism for breakfast.

You can also email me at allie@theconservativemillennialblog.com, and I'll do my best to respond to your questions or comments within 48 hours.
